How long have you been designing?

I have been designing for over 5 years.


What programs do you use?

I currently use Adobe Photoshop 7 for graphics, and WS FTP Pro for uploading.


Do I have to give credit?

Credit is nice, so that others may order from me, as well.


What if I am not satisfied with my order? May I have a refund?

All orders are custom-made, therefore I will continue to work with your order until you are satisfied. However, once payment is received - no refunds.


Can you explain how you made _____?

Sorry, but no. I currently do not have the time to show everyone how I make everything. Any secrets I may reveal will be done in my icon/graphics journal, and are only explained at my discretion.


Can you make me _____ for free?

No. That would defeat the purpose of this, wouldn't it? Unless of course if it is for a very close friend.


I do not have any money at the moment...could you PLEASE do _____ for free?

No, sorry. Of course...this isn't a one-time thing, and I will be more than happy to satisfy your design needs when you are able to pay for them.


Do you accept trades?

At the moment: No, sorry.


How long will it take for you to complete an order?

It all depends on how quickly you are available to communicate with me, and how much work your order requires. Some orders are finished within a day, others have taken weeks. Typically, once you place your order you will hear from me within 1 - 3 days, and once the details are finalized, the order should be ready within a few days (again depending on what you order).


Are your prices set in stone? My price lists for Livejournal custom orders are generally accurate, however if you have a more complicated order and/or want a custom package then prices may vary (but will be quoted to you before I begin working, so that everyone is clear on the price). Pricing for non-livejournal design work will be quoted based on a description of what you want. And of course, prices will be quoted before I start any work, as I want both parties to completely clear on the price.


How do you accept payment?

I currently accept payment through paypal, and Paypal only. Paypal is a quick and easy way to safely make payments. And it's free!
